Bill Toth & Associates - Real Estate 2012- 2014

Kim has earned the trust and respect of both her real estate clients and her colleagues. Blessed with

repeat and referral business, she successfully represents buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Through continued education in Premier Service and Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council, along with

qualified transactions, Kim earned and utilizes the designations of PSC and SRES.

Dilbeck Realtors - 2001- 2011

While at Dilbeck Realtors, Kim wore multiple hats. In addition to assisting her clients, she was also a

member of the Management Team. Coaching and assisting experienced agents to reach their next level

and also training new licensees on California RE contracts and the Basics of the Real Estate Business.

Fred Sands Real Estate - 1991- 2001

While working for one of the leading real estate companies in the Los Angeles area, Kim earned some of

the top designations including membership in the Director's and Executive's Circles. Assisting with the

Sands Auction Group, Kim learned the Auction and Foreclosure business, leading to the REO business

accounts. Training newer agents and assisting with real estate contract review, Kim realized that in

addition to helping her clients reach their goals of homeownership "The American Dream" she could also

help her colleagues reach their goals and dreams.

Century 21 Larson Realty -1985- 1991

Kim was fortunate to receive some of the best real estate training that was available in the industry in the

eighties. Learning and mastering the fine arts of negotiating and marketing real estate was exciting.

Starting real estate when interest rates were 13.5% was both an opportunity and a challenge. Hard work,

dedication, and some luck landed Kim the title of "Rookie of the Year" and other awards followed such as

Multi-Million Dollar Club Member.
